I was able to work from home and they provided all the equipment. The interview and onboarding process was very simple.

You have to work at least 1 weekend day every week. You also accrue PTO but whenever you request off it will be denied. If you need time off you will have to cal off which will cause you to get points.

Mostly remote, can be flexible in your schedule. Absolutely 0 opportunity for growth. You can get promoted to "senior" but that literally does nothing. The pay is low for the work they are asking you to do.

Managers are scared of their peers/new leadership. Changing priorities leaves employees feeling lost and confused. No one knows what they're doing, or how they should be doing it. Their advice to get acclimated to changes was to work past hours unpaid. They really leave you to "figure it out yourself" - thrown right into the deep end. Something new about the process gets added or changed every single week.
