Very little training or mentorship for new employees, employees deal with clients during very emotional times and are NOT sufficiently prepared to navigate these conversations, Partners create toxic work environment with unclear expectations and primarily negative feedback, very high workload with high stress, high employee turnover, little or no support given during times employees are absent (i.e. when sick with Covid), employees are blamed during conflicts with coworkers or clients, Partners are union busters, little room for career growth
