BAD company - Recensione dipendente - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician presso Keystone Achievements

The kids are amazing. The leadership is really trying to make a positive culture and it shows. I get support at all levels, even with challenging students.

Can’t think of many cons.

- The kids are amazing! Loved working with them! -MOST of the staff is amazing! - Supervisor is amazing as well as the floor leads! - Good support from floor leads -BCBs are knowledgeable

- Only two BCBAS one of them being clinic director -I found that favoritism is a really big thing with the clinic director. If your not on their good side, it’s kind of game over. -burnout is common because they will keep you with same client over and over again. -head BCBA is amazing with children but very rude when it comes to feedback with her employees. She snaps and can be very mean at times. I was told that it’s normal and you get used to it. (Like no I’m not gonna be treated as such and Loos my self respect) -turnover is kind of insane. -pay is WAY too low for the behaviors you will encounter. -only stayed for a few months because clinical direction can make a big difference in a work place. Ended up finding a different clinic wich treats employees amazing as well as their kiddos!!!
