No working atmosphere in the company ..It is very bad

Kilol fabrics is a brand now in market , but I had very bad experience with them . They are cutting salary if sombody coming even one minute late . They are cutting half day salary for even one minute late. They are saying it a corporate company but it is not. Every creative is they are doing is based on the taste of owner and it is a family business run ed by two husband wife. There is no employees choice if desginer working there they can't even use there creative s because company director is her self is a creative person and using desginer as she wants to use then they are not into cooperate atmosphere they have even very bad atmosphere in the desgin stodio there . They are liking desginer who are saying always yes to employer and owner. They are not liking people thinking for benifits of company. l

If you want to turn deaf by hearing the shouts and screams of that shameless woman (owner) join kilol. She is a true hypocrite...what really matters to her is only money...Using words like creativity, sustainablity and innovation she doesn't really understands the real meaning... She misbehaves with her employees and karigars.. she doesn't hesitates to pass deeply personal comments... when she gets angry she can say all unexpected things to you...can even slap you... She has no respect for people who work for her. when she shouts (for no good reason) her screams can be clearly heard in the next building (literally)... I hope she one day realises that what she has been doing is wrong she doesn't really understand what that means.

I got sick of her within two months if my job.
