I left Kiosk over a year ago and am starting my dream role - I wouldn't be here if it weren't for my time at Kiosk. I met the most amazing coworkers who genuinely are a family and care about your wellbeing. Clients are demanding, but realistic and never rude (which has been the case at every other agency I've been at). Upper management works just as hard as all of us and invest in you to succeed and grow in your role.

A smaller company, but that gives you the ability to wear many hats and try out different roles to find your fit.

Kiosk provides you the opportunity and technology to allow a developer to succeed. They give you room to work and are not watching over your every move. When they hire you they expect that you know your job and will give you room to use your talents from project to project.

Only potential downside is that you only a piece of the project. Since there is a lot of on going work on client sites, often times you don't get to see the big picture of the site and how its laid out. Its a matter of a task list that needs to be done. This isn't necessarily a huge downfall to some, but hard to expand on some ideas and be creative when you only see a piece of the pie.
