They lie in the recruiting process. They falsely tell you Senior positions are not available and then give the position to another employee who is hired at the same time and even goes through training with you. Also promised a lap top and then told that was not possible. I have it all in writing and obviously was very disappointed after leaving my pervious position to walk into something I was deceived by.
