I came to Kodland when I was unexperienced but very promising employee, and after 2 months already was promoted thanks to the fact that it's a very rapidly growing company. I appreciate Kodland community, amazing people whom I work with everyday. Everyone is very supportive and always ready to help. Anytime when I feel bad, I always know I have someone to talk to. Especially, I would like to mention the efforts of team leaders who are always ready to help anyone! The pay in this company is pretty good too, everyone's salary is directly dependent on the results, that motivates to work better.

It might be difficult to get in the company because the selection process is pretty tough, which is understandable. Every applicant of Kodland should understand that everyone can get a job, but to get hired 100% of dedication to training is required.
