Remote job, The idea of teaching children to code is very nice.

The company has a very bad organization, lack of comunication, salary very low, the tutor get paid 24h for a lesson of 90 min (which is never 90 min), they don't pay extra work time, and also the tutor needs to study hours to prepare the lesson, so at the end for 1 lesson you spend 90 min + 3 hours to prepare the lesson and correct the homeworks from children, and this is only if you have 1 group, so basically 24 euros for 5 h of my time, no thank you. And also i think that there's not a proper selection to hire people, you get in the company too easily that's why many people get fired and on top of that the turnover of staff is too ripetitive, many people leave the job after little time and the families are upset because children change tutor many times. At the end, handle 14 children is a hero mission, especially when everyone has technical issues, the lesson lasts for also 2 hours because you loose time to help children...and you get paid only 90 min, WTF I mean, how can you work nicely, calm and happy like this? You cannot!
