- Competitive salary, but the cost of living in Austin has increased like crazy and this increase has not been reflected in our salary yet. - I won’t say it’s a con, but excited for the team to scale with the acquisition.

There is also an emphasis on continuous education and staying sharp on the latest marketing trends (new hires are expected to obtain several certifications around inbound sales, marketing, social media and digital marketing within the first few weeks of starting). Our CEO and the rest of the leadership team are all incredibly supportive and approachable. In fact, the CEO leads weekly team meetings for open conversation about each person's week including the highs and the lows followed by happy hour. It also doesn't hurt that the company is located in a cool space in downtown Austin with all of the cold brew and snacks one could ever want!
