Last February, Koodoo underwent a strategic pivot, which was a decision that was made with careful consideration. We understand the impact this had on our team and extend empathy for the difficulties it presented. Decisions to restructure were challenging and we acknowledge each individual's contributions.
Regarding some recent Glassdoor reviews, we recognize the emotions and frustrations that might be reflected. However, it's important to clarify that the portrayal of management's actions and the redundancy process does not fully represent the context. We assure you every effort was made to handle the process with care, respect, and transparency.
While we acknowledge the challenges, we also want to convey a sense of optimism about the future of Koodoo. The pivot we've undertaken has positioned us for exciting opportunities and growth.
