      Nothing , project is bad and you can be thrown off anytime and only one client who literally behave like masters..they don't even respond to offshore devs.

      Everything, No consideration of somebody's time or salary needs or project needs. They literally put me in some obscure project with no future consequences.

      Kumaran Systems is a good place to learn technology. If you are a fresher, though the pace of work is hectic, you would end up learning a lot more than what you would have from working in big MNCs. I loved my time here.

      Long hours, poor work life balance, some very tough managers. Nothing much I can think of. Keep up the good work.
