Totally no benefits and pros of working there

I left job because I was harassed multiple times by one of the team leaders, after reporting it to management I was told to solve issue myself because person which physically and mentally harassed me is "stressed". After it ended in bigger argument and unacceptable behaviour from other person (knocked board of my hands which I was handling), manager told me that I don't even deserve an apology from her. Job is underpaid for requirements and lack of communication is on another level. No toilet roll or soap in toilets which are dirtiest place which I ever seen (stinks 10 times worse than public toilets). Totally unsatisfied with the company.

Gained experience of what a company shouldn't be like

- Where to start with the COO. The man has a complete lack of social skills, relies on intimidation, unachievable targets, and micromanaging. Actively gets in the way of employees doing their jobs, just so he has full control over every aspect of the business. -Toxic working environment, employees are often insulted, and given next to no benefits at all. -No training or development available. -Ridiculous micromanaging, often expected to log what you have been doing every 15 minutes for days at a time. -If you value your mental health at all, please avoid at all costs
