LASG offers its own solar panels and CEO is driving toward total vertical integration. Costs are fairly competitive with other providers.

LASG simply doesn't provide enough quality leads to sales reps. They demand 5 closed deals a month, and in several months provided as few as 7 leads. This despite the CEO on multiple occasions saying that reps should all get 20 leads a month. For the first three months I was employed at LASG I did NOT have a direct manager. I finally got a sales manager, and that was worse than not having one, since he did nothing in six weeks to address my only concern - lack of quality leads.
