Vantaggi
They like to have fun. You should probably be into drinking if you're considering a job there. Lots of token perks and retirement plan. Some departments can work from home every now and then, and you can wear basically whatever you want. Work/life balance is good.
Svantaggi
Sure, there are some free Uber rides, car washes, and many free drinks. Health benefits are expensive and the pay is not very good. Management tries to be fun to make up for their lack of skills. I agree with a previous review. it is not that they are under qualified. They often have good ideas and are intelligent. The problem is, multiple managers are more interested in being popular than actually implementing anything. Some managers have never managed at another company so I understand why they don't realize that they just use their power for popularity here. There are high school-like clicks. You have the cool kids that can do what they want while the outsiders pick up the slack, and by slack I mean do everything. If you do find yourself among the "cool kids" watch out, the gossip is very real. On that note, unfortunately I have to add validity to previous reviews. YES "favors" are a thing at LINQ. Honestly, it is not hidden well. We all know who responds on here and we know you know. No training..none! If you don't understand your job right away with basically zero guidance, you wont be there for very long. Some of the reviews here are good. I am sure some people love it there. I would caution though that the reviews from 2/3 and 2/4 were after a bad review showed up and everyone was advised to jump in and write something good to boost their score. LINQ had roughly 20 employees at that time. We were hounded to put up positive reviews. Only 4 people put up contributed, I think that says a good deal. We all knew there would be a witch hunt to figure out who wrote something bad.
