Nepotism. If you're not an Olson, don't expect the same treatment. Multiple instances over my 8 years seeing the daughter of one of the higher-ups being able to work for home for as long as they want after having a baby. Then other women who have been with the company for years have a baby, want to work from home, and cite others who have done the same thing, and are told "that was a special case, we don't normally do that." The pay is also lackluster. I'm grateful for all the company has done for me, but looking outside at other similar positions, the competition is paying more.
