We would like to assure you that we too recognised a need for a comprehensive training program, therefore our Group Training Manager who joined us last year has recently launched a new induction program which all new employees across the group attend. In addition, we are actively promoting a range of Apprenticeship programs available to new and current staff, therefore should this be something would be interested in, please don’t hesitate to contact the HR Department.
