Literally everything else! -salary and benefits are a complete joke; the bonus isn't all that great unless you are executive level or work at Rustici -The "promote from within' is really how they are able to get by with paying below market wages to people in senior level roles. -Always claiming to be "market leaders in digital learning" but our software is decades old -The shear volume of spreadsheets used throughout this company is mind boggling. They absolutely refuse to invest in software to improve accuracy and efficiencies. -Turnover is very high most people leave in the first year -no real leadership in the company -employees have no voice -Penny pinching has cost the company so much money. -

Good Company with good benefits and paid Holidays. Flexibility with work hours and remote(This is only after Covid and it still continues), My manager was really supportive for me to learn any new technology. Good culture and friendly people.

Most positions are able to work remotely. Some business units (BUs) require their employees to be in office at least on a hybrid basis. There are some really good people within some of the business units.

The leadership and central services of the organization are a mess. The company/most business units (PeopleFluent, Rustici, Breezy, OpenLMS) are making no money and having layoffs and reductions in force constantly, about 4 in the past 6 months. There has been no change since being bought by General Atlanticc, except for layoffs on the GP Strategies side. Aside from being able to work remotely, and the standard health/dental benefits, there are no real benefits or perks for employees. Policies and procedures are different for each business unit and there is no standard company wide. You may have flexible/"unlimited" vacation, and your colleague could only receive PTO on an accrual basis. Employees are constantly in fear of when they will be let go and most just waiting for their time to come.
