      - Some people have a great work ethic and get the job done the RIGHT way - Manufacturing floor personnel seem dedicated to their job and take pride in their work. They are very knowledgeable and take pride when explaining what they do -Health benefits are standard/ok

      -There in no room for career advancement since the company is so small -Management (QA and QC) have their "favorites" who can do no wrong -QA and QC Management do not really have a clue as to the meaning of Quality -The people that really work and care about the success of the company are OVER WORKED and STRESSED

      Mistreated, you're just a number, they're very favoritism. Ask questions that can't be answered and you'll be suspended. Becareful who you talk to or with. This place is a joke, not a bad place for entry level if you last. On your first day ask employees straight up. What happened to the first crew or ppl that has left??? Everyone that has left this company is doing great in their careers or are getting treat wayyyy better.
