The Pay could be better.

You can easily get away with doing minimal work. I’d feel guilty for doing that if the place wasn’t full of abhorrent individuals.

Where do I start? Racism-racist slurs used casually in conversation. Discrimination towards customers- if your name looks different or you have an accent (as a customer) you will be investigated to find something they can punish you for in the claim. Misogyny- the way women were spoken about by my manager and seniors was shocking Humiliation techniques used by managers. Mismanagement on a major level Micromanagement Lied to by managers Favouritism Employees and management on total power trips wanting to exert power at any time and at any given cost. Gaslighting by managers Fellow employees are also the same and look down on young people and minorities. I could go on in great detail but I would rather not waste more time getting upset about this place more than I already am.
