- CEO seems willing and eager to cull wherever possible. There is no job/psychological safety, regardless of your rank. - C-Suite is brutal/tone deaf overall. - No matter how talented you are and how exciting they make the job seem, if your job becomes obsolete, you're gone. I watched so many extremely talented folks leave and get let go during my time with the company. - Upper management treats AI training workforce like factory workers, and unfortunately their employees are treated that way as well. No human empathy. Even the HR team is stretched extremely thin because the ops team was seen as no longer needed. - Very male-forward. - Strong desire to return to office. - You must be willing to do whatever it takes to keep your job, even at the expense of others and yourself. - Constant iterations on SOPs. Coming around the same mountain over and over again partly because of high turnover.
