      Great company. Good product and technology team. Great collaboration. Challenging job. Nice office, although a bit tight, but office space expansion is already in progress. People are working very focussed, and it’s almost always fun.

      It’s a fast-growing company. Structures and processes are growing with the team. This comes with the to-be-expected growth pain. As long as you’re ready to master this challenge, you’re at the right place. If you prefer to maintain a status quo, it might stress you.

Appreciate you taking the time to leave your review and that you have fun at work- this is so important seeing as we spent so much of our time at work and with our colleagues :) Well noted the advice and also the 'growing pains' - which is very typical of a company going through so much change year on year. The main thing? We always try our best, have fun along the way and that we remember we are one team, with one mission and we have an open, positive and adaptable mindset- lets make 2019 the best year yet!

      If you're considering a role within the Data Analytics team at Lalamove, my advice would be to seriously reconsider. Senior management lacks a technical background and has no understanding of the core aspects of data analytics, including coding and technical processes. This lack of technical expertise leads to poor decision-making and a general mismanagement of the team. Moreover, management style is abrasive and unprofessional—People have tendency to publicly humiliate employees without cause, fostering a toxic work environment. His temper and inconsistency in leadership create a high-stress atmosphere that discourages collaboration and personal growth. Overall, the combination of poor technical understanding and toxic leadership makes this team an unhealthy place to work. I would strongly advise against accepting an offer to join this department.
