-Great team atmosphere -Owner is a great guy -if you work hard and do well, there is plenty of opportunity to advance -standard hours, and weekends are your own, which is uncommon for seasonal work

-weather dependent -when there is a big push people on the teams can become somewhat frustrated with each other

Very educational company to work for, they spend alot of time helping me to grow as an employee.
