Vantaggi
- The people here are the best - they're generally helpful, friendly and genuine and the culture puts you at ease very quickly - Flexibility in terms of work hours, dress code, where you sit to do your work - Lots of opportunities to help out other departments so you get to try new things and be exposed to lots of different functions, even within your own job role - Easy access to head of departments, CEO and COO - Great place if you want to explore and want/need the flexibility
Svantaggi
- Employees are really stretched to their breaking point most of the time as departments tend to be understaffed and the company tries to do too many things at one go - The terms "flexible" and "agile" are abused here - often times the mad rush that forces people to be "flexible and agile" is just due to last-minute decisions and poor planning - It's difficult to dive deeper into a specific area of interest because most of the time you're so busy trying to cover all your bases that you just don't have the time - The way a lot of things are done here is unique to the company, so it's probably not for you if you're looking to develop certain niche skills according to industry standards
