over worked, paid for 40 hours of a week, but you work close to 70 hours a week. Not only manage, but you have be the warehouse supervisor. Warehouse is controlled & operated by you. No admin help, no receptionist, no customer service to help you. You operate the entire office pretty much by yourself. Commision goals are almost impossible to meet due to lack of staff & support.

Salary is below market. Benefits cost increasing every year so any raises essentially just going to benefits. High turnover. Will promote externally. Will hire people in the same position externally as you for 20,000 more but won’t give you a 5% raise.
