There are no pros, only cons.

The company lacks a clear vision and direction. It has effectively become an agency working almost entirely for Zerodha, with constant pressure to meet unrealistic targets and deadlines. Work-life balance is poor and expectations are often unreasonable. There is also a strong culture of favoritism. If you're not part of the inner circle, the work environment can become unnecessarily difficult.

Culture, collaborative work and most specially founders are best

Nothing, some minor thing but nothing career wise
