Thank you very much for posting your review. I’m sorry to hear that we are not meeting your expectations as a current employee. From a compensation perspective, we strive to provide a total compensation package that is market competitive with other similar size and stage companies in the Portland area. That said, there always will be some other employers that are paying more and some who are paying less. I would definitely welcome a conversation directly if you are open to it to better understand some of your experiences around role expectations, opinions not being valued/considered, and team building so that we can make sure we are addressing any issues that may exist.
