Little to no incentive for accomplishments No upward mobility or growth trajectory within the Product Support Engineering department Toxic culture infused with nepotism and Italian management's biased mindset toward the Italian employees American Management isn't able to implement their decisions due to strong Italian management's over-reach Two years I worked for them including the pandemic and they didn't provide any bonus or incentive although the CEO and upper-echelon members made a fortune I worked under an Italian supervisor, he was the absolute worst. He made us work every weekend including the holidays but never let his Italian subordinates work during the holidays or weekends—such a biased mentality. Many people quit jobs due to this toxic culture and no advancement in their career progression ladder.

The culture is extremely toxic and divisive. There is a clear preference shown toward Italian employees over U.S. employees, which creates an unfair and frustrating work environment. Communication is often unprofessional, with frequent yelling, finger-pointing, and disrespectful comments. Management has failed to establish clear roles and responsibilities, leading to constant confusion and conflict between employees. Engineering leadership appears heavily driven by favoritism and routinely treats employees with a lack of professionalism and respect.
