      The company has a great onboarding process. Not only is the training straightforward, but they give you a gift basket the moment you’re hired. The frosting on top is that managers and co-workers are very approachable and easy to get along with.

      The workload can be very heavy at times. We need to hire more people to spread it out so it’s more manageable.

      Look at the reviews and see how unbalanced they are. 1 star reviews followed immediately by a 5 star review with limited context. These are fake reviews to keep their ratings up. The employee best places work reviews are all internal survey monkeys and are fake as well. Stay away unless you want to do the work of 3 people, deal with a million process changes without structure, micromanagement, and develop health problems.... If fake reviews need to created on Glassdoor, imagine the culture. YOU WERE WARNED. READ THE PRIOR REVIEWS.
