Career progression depends on showing off & asking questions in meetings rather than work that affects business. Promotion every 2 years only even if you work harder than others. Goal of being "Customer first" is fake, since management decided to give covid-19 refunds only if other insurance companies are doing it. High workload but low salary increase (2-5 %) irrespective of performance.

There are no pros to working here. I just thought of one, you have a chance to work remotely so you don’t have to see your toxic, incompetent manager in person every day.
