Learning opportunities but lacking clear direction - Recensione dipendente - Sales Development Representative (SDR) presso Lightning Step Technologies

Just re-enrolled for our benefits and I could not believe that the costs for my benefits are so low, due to the high investment from Lightning Step to their team members. My premiums are as low as they were when I was working at Home Depot as an FTE over 20 years ago, without any loss in coverage or high deductibles.

Nothing worth note, the Lightning Step family is one I am grateful to be a part of.

The coworkers on the ground level are supportive and try to help each other despite poor leadership.

I worked in implementation and it was discouraging. Senior leaders act are reactive and disrespectful and don’t take time to understand the processes that actually worked or what customers really needed. Instead of supporting the team, they change things on a whim and push blame when issues come up. It’s a toxic environment that makes it hard to stay motivated.
