In all my years, I’ve never encountered a company where the CEO exhibits such a lack of teamwork, and unfortunately, this behavior trickles down through management, creating a culture that resembles a dictatorship. Directors and department heads fail to invest the necessary time and effort to properly train their teams. To be candid, this company operates in disarray, and I would strongly advise against subjecting yourself to the stress of working here. It’s clear that those in charge lack a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of the influencer marketing industry. Quite frankly, it defies logic.
