Out of ratio. Non compliant. Fire staff for not signing another contract on lower pay. Management only want to hire asians and Nepalese workers so they can under pay them

Children are lovely! I love working with children.

The director's mood swings are pretty noticeable. Like, she'd send out these long emails lecturing about the proper dress code, but then she shows up wearing slippers, a shirt, or even a super short dress. It's ironic. And the vibe at work totally depends on her mood. If she's annoyed by the slightest thing or any noise, watch out! Plus, her relationship with the parents and educators is always drama-filled. I'm not even sure if the higher-ups know about this stuff since they hardly ever come by the center. Sadly, I didnt learn much.
