Managers have no idea how to manage. They're so self absorbed in their own little power trips they can't see that they have smart, instinctive employees with good ideas...but since there not their ideas, they don't want to hear them. Employees with any talent are usually made to feel incompetent, considered a threat and usually fired. In my time there, I saw at least ten people go in and out of my dept - and three long term employees (nine yrs, 22 yrs and 26 yrs) - kicked to the curb because they didn't fit upper management's "vision' any longer. I could go on and on but the bottom line is DO NOT WORK HERE!!

Everyone was very welcoming and I felt at home almost immediately. It was a great place to work! They did a lot of extra things for the employees, like luncheons, company picnic, holiday luncheons, Halloween festivities, etc

Don't really have any cons. I left for personal family obligations or I would still be working there.

While the company presents itself as progressive and innovative, the internal IT culture does not consistently support empowered technical leadership or forward-thinking initiatives.
