Obvously, as the CEO I will always be biased with my answer. But I can, form the bottom of my heart say that this company changed my life. I started it as a one man band about 2 years ago. And I could never have dreamt of a team with a culture like this. I think that the main things that we focus on that makes us like no other company is: 1. Our laid back, yet proffessional culture. 2. Opportunity for growth. We focus on promoting within rather than promoting from the outside. If you truly are a high performer, you will be valued appropriately. 3. We have fun. We really do. Our mission is to make business fun and I believe we are making the world 1% more fun with our organization.

I think that, as the CEO I can do a better job giving each team member more personalized attention and spend more time with each person on the team. That is my main objective 2025.
