Physical office is very cool and good office location. Some really genuine, smart people within the office.

If you are thinking about working at TDL in any other department then MS, I would say go for it. Anything within Managed Services - STAY CLEAR. The MS general manager is a loose cannon who screams and swears at his team and only cares about $$$ at the end of the day. Manager under him has received up to 5 complaints (bullying, sexual harassment and theft) and is still there?!!? The Global Service Desk Leader is a complete bully who targets individuals on a daily basis. She micromanages and treats the team like children. And then due to all the recent resignations, they spread a rumour across the office saying they let the people go instead of them resigning... really??!! But hey, if you want to be bullied and be watched the entire day, then this is the job for you!!

Thanks for your review. Great to hear that you enjoyed the office environment and people at TDL, however I am sorry to hear that some of your experiences weren't so positive in other areas. We have made a number of changes to enhance our customer experience including a recent appointment in the newly created role of General Manager Customer Success. We have also made some structural changes and are working to enhance the leadership capability of our line managers.
