Awful - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Advisor presso Lookers

No receptionist so customers have no idea where to go and regularly complain about it. Staff facilities are filthy and run down. The kitchen is literally a broom cupboard with just a sink, fridge and kettle. The walls have holes in and are dirty. Nowhere decent to sit to have your break. Sales staff don't want to deal with customers and expect service to do it.
