Organisation really care about the people they hire and making sure its a good fit. Process is rigorous, with multiple stages, different interviewers with set objectives and clear and fair process for ensuring that the right candidates are set up to succeed. Also great to have opportunities to have all the information and feel like you're joining knowing what the company is like to work for and what the day to day will be. Really fantastic onboarding process too.
