Company has its pros and cons like all companies. Some of the Pros is very good competitive salary per session. If you get your own clientele, you get a higher salary per session which is nice since you get rewards for going the extra mile. App is ok (see cons of that). Make your own schedule from 7am to 930pm

Unfortunately, as time goes on working here. There have been more and more cons with the Company as a whole -The app is consistently getting more and more buggy to the point where it is making larger and larger mistakes, which gets a little concerning and one really needs to go back and double and even triple check their work to make sure all looks good -There is a very large lack of communication since everyone in the company is digital. What that means is, if you send out a email for assistance, someone will answer within a few days, then while that question is open, someone else will also open another message for the same question, or once the message has been answer, ANOTHER person will reopen the question to try and assist, so there's really no communication with what's going on - There is now a concierge fee for clients, which does take a toll and is a hard sell to clients to be a part of luna. Example: If I have a client that have full coverage for PT with primary and 2ndary insurance, there is still a $7.50 per visit service charge due to insurance cuts, which I understand the cuts, we all do, but it's now a hard sell to come to luna because of this. -Customer service is getting alot worse. Ive had MANY clients that have spoken to people at luna and they have had VERY bad reviews of this. from Speaking to someone that was just absolutely rude, to having someone not knowing what to do and being on hold for hrs. This NEEDS to be addressed for you guys are the first line of welcoming a new client, and when you hear these things happening to clients more frequently, it gets concerning to lose that client over miscommunication - Zero growth in the company...nothing to go for but just more money, which is ok

The company actually believes in and demonstrates the work culture it promotes. Team members and managers are kind and helpful with no micromanagement. Remote work and flexibility are a game changer
