Not many. Its a smaller agency with less than 50 employees for better and worse.

In a beautiful neighborhood, nice coworkers, office space is bright and open, and talented editors/producers

Pay was subpar, not much room for growth, they let people go without notice, management was disorganized/dysfunctional, and the president/some partners don't really care about the employees
