Very poor Work culture, in fact none. You have to be in your managers good book to sustain in this company; and it doesn't mean work wise but through other activities. HR is pathetic, and are hand in gloves with the Managers and senior folks. Senior people are utterly incompetent and the only reason they stick in this company is because they will never get jobs anywhere else. They treat this company as their personal fiefdom. People are fired in a day without any valid reason. HR just treat the words of the few senior people as holy grail. Sometimes we suspect do the HR people know what is the job of an HR really is? Good people have left the company either voluntarily or fired just on the whims of few incompetent senior folks. Senior Managers don't have the education or the attitude to lead the teams. Manager use slang's in office with the people they lead. People don't know how to behave with women and people in general.
