This type of agency recruitment is only for people who do not have feelings. It never mattered that if you had a solid candidate for a position. They might be 1 of 20 candidates being interviewed and they did not receive an offer YOU were a poor judge of character. Direct quote from the CEO! I would receive text messages from my boss starting at 7am before work started and sometimes at 8pm at night. I will never again work for a company that does not understand the hours of a work day and offer a healthy work life balance. I often felt belittled for asking questions and constantly watched. Why would anyone be listening to my candidate phone calls, it wasn't to offer feedback! I received an email at 3pm and was berated at work the next day that it was not answered that same day. 24 hours should be a standard for returning an email, unless it is an actual emergency. To boot I am receiving InMail from your current recruiters saying I would be a great fit! If they actually took the time to look at my profile they would see I worked at Mars and I would never go back!
