Its a mom and pop shop. When a new consultant gets there, mom does the sweet talk and lures the unsuspecting lame. When the time to deliver comes, mom gets aside and out comes the papa with his long stick, by then the duck is helpless and gets beaten up. - Very poor marketting - very fragile ego - both mom and pop and very egoist and cannot take feedback leave aside any critiquing, you'd better search another job and port your H1 before you open your mouth. - Very poor finance department, paystubs, W2's all outsourced to some CHEAP company probably out there in India, very poor job. - they never answer any phone calls made in their office or cellphones, no matter what your emergency may be. - they never honor your experience and skills, you maybe 3 years or 10 years, for them you are just a hourly contractor that must bill the client.
