micro managed, good old boy network with senior management. Senior management is so arrogant not only to employees but also to clients. They treat their employees like they own them. Feed back from employees are not welcome. It's all about the bottom line and how money CEO and COO can put in their pockets.Company expense policies are horrible. Nothing like leaving you stranded on the road traveling. I give this company a thumbs down!
