Employees are given relatively free hand in their roles. The company encourages its employees to take decisions and risks within legal boundaries. Even relatively young employees are provided opportunities to lead teams on important projects.

Transparency in rewards and recognition is lacking. Coteries and 'Yes Men' flourish in the organization. Remuneration is below industry standards. For a Germany company, focus on technology is extremely low and with respect to its competitors is definitely behind by about 15 years. Also company hires way too many generalists and hardly any experts at senior levels who can drive the company in the right direction. Way too much time is spent in meetings an unnecessary presentations.
