Where to start..... The decision making in this company is ridiculously poor. Everything has to go through the Chairman and if not the CEO approves things behind his back. Most of the Chiefs and Directors are stabbing each other in the back and don't get on with each other. Most of them wouldn't think twice about throwing you under the bus to get some brownie points. The culture is one of 'watch your back as you can be out in a flash' so most people walking on eggshells......unless your face fits. If it does then these people are also happy to stab you in the back to progress. The staff are told to make promises to customers even though they are never fulfilled. Customers certainly don't come first, the Chairman's pocket is! I would love to stay but my sanity and wellbeing come first.
