      The only pro I can think of is I have an interview next week with another company and I am hoping that the pay and benefits line up enough for me to leave this hell.

      Like others have said this place is not all its chocked up to be. They seem nice and appear to adopt you into a family but the truth is it's just a horrible mess there. They asked a few of us to post glowing reviews on here after some negative ones were posted. Look at the dates of the last few positive ones.

      Ever since the change in leadership this company has been working hard to turn things around. Prior management left a sour taste in everyone’s mouth. Now that Seaway owns them culture is a major focus. The leadership team in place now cares and will work with you to achieve your and the company’s goals. I left a very hostile work environment and came here and I’ve never been happier. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a job that has fun and amazing coworkers.

      One of the biggest cons is that this business gets judged for its previous leadership team and it has not been given a chance to prove themselves with the new team. I feel like our battle is a struggle because we have to fight back against all the bad the previous owners let brew.

      Great 401k match and PTO accrual. The people and management team, currently, are extremely friendly and understanding. The work life balance has been great so far.

      Sadly, this firm has faced lots of turnover after being acquired; this has led to various hiccups.
