The training program here is the worst I’ve ever experienced—full of errors, poorly structured, and nothing ever improves. Instead of fixing problems, management rewards employees with bad attitudes who cut corners just to hit metrics, while pushing away the people who actually care about their work and customers. The company maintains its ‘Great Place to Work’ status through intimidation: if you give honest feedback on surveys, you’re pressured into a conference call with a panel of bosses, which discourages employees from speaking up. Overall, it’s a toxic environment that values numbers over people.
