ownership/ executive leadership hires great people and experts in their filed. However, they do not let the experts make decisions. Instead they make all sorts of process changes and decrease project budgets. Still they have great expectations of the projects. There is limited opportunities for advancement and pay was not good for the amount of work they asked expected.

Not really a con if you want to innovate and process improve; Its a growing company where processes are still being established and figured out so being a team player and dealing well with a little ambiguity will serve one well

The people here are fantastic and easily the best part of the job, plus my manager is very empowering. Office admin team puts on a lot of fun events throughout the year to build camaraderie, especially during summer.

Senior leadership/ownership - they hire great people but then dont let the experts in their field make decisions. I have never had so much rework and changing directives in my professional life, which is the biggest source of frustration in working here. It's almost a race to complete a project before the owner gets an idea from a podcast and wants to implement it immediately.
