Amazing work ethic across the team and a very positive work environment. Everyone is supportive, collaborative, and passionate. The team works well together and there’s a strong sense of creativity and motivation in the workplace. It’s a great place to learn, grow, and be surrounded by people who genuinely care about the brand and the work they do. Communication is strong, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the team always strives to deliver the best results.

I didn’t experience any downsides during my time here.

You will get to work in PR, the office is in soho which is cool, I liked she French was spoken in office

The reputation has been the same for the last decade. Constant telling, cursing, bullying. Horrible treatment, it’s a small firm. Owner and a few employees. The employees leave every few months because of treatment. The client know there’s a new account manager every few months. The clients themselves asked me why I out up with the treatment. Please know as much as you want experience and your foot in the door this is NOT normal behavior and I face someone should record it and put the firm on blast. Do not work here. Yes you will meet stylists and editors etc. definitely well connected and love the multiple languages spoken in office, the French was impressive! But as someone said it seems ‘hurt people hurt people’ and you will be yelled at to your face and cursed at for just trying your best. Yes it did help me get another job in the industry but the traumatic treatment was not worth it. Do better! Previously know as MODE PR, and lots of fake reviews on Google reviews and on here lots of email addresses being created to then write fake reviews.
