Best reason to work here is because of my clique. I have a very best team. We did our job the best but still upper management keep on complaining.

Not extra pay if we worked long hour. They doesnt count the oil. You only do charity. Expectation so high. You still new but they want you to work like a pro. No benefits. Need to handle shift alone. You are the one who do burger, fryer, drinker, cashier, arrange stock, cut vege all alone. Imagine, you need to do all those thing and then all the kiosk and delivery machine is on, somemore Customer want to order at counter then all the order come at once. And your are alone handling the shift!! I repeat ALONE! The company rather to lose quality worker then improving their weaknesses.
